Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
